Simplicity of Expression

I had a very good friend while doing my two years of Running Start at Peninsula College while I was still attending High School. This boy was the most honest soul I could possibly think of. even though this picture was taken 6 years ago, he still remains a purist. If I had to define hippie, I wouldnt use Gabe as an example. He's better than a hippie. he's smarter than a hippie, and he's more ambitious than a hippie. Hes a man of the earth, a man of principals, a man among men. Its odd. He's only 21, and I have always felt his wisdom was far beyond anyone three times his age. Amazing musician as well. We traded guitars a few years ago. We had plans to one day trade back, but it looks like it might have been a permanent trade. oops...

Funny thing, he still wears this coat 6 years later. Might be the only coat he has.
